El futuro de la gaseosa, no es la gaseosa. To build one of Argentina's first kombucha brands from the ground up, creating not just a beverage, but lifestyle celebrating a healthy do-er community interested in natural energy, outdoor adventure and inclusive artistic expression. A little bit of wonder, a lot of weird and the much needed grit with fun we embraced the anti-consumer.
*Slug Club was my personal business where with my partner we designed the nuts and bolts of this brand and product: the product, kombucha brewery, scaled the business, pricing strategy, product positioning, market-building, distribution, education, marketing and community management, to payment systems and ordering spreadsheets. We worked with The Collected Works to come up with a logo and app (for the logo) that would allow Slug Club to move and transition from hotels, to bars, to kids' favorite drinks.
